Your Responsibilities:
- Coordination of international transport orders (especially sea and air freight) and their preparation and follow-up
- Compilation and review of customs-related international documents, data, and accompanying paperwork
- Clarification of tax-related issues for the export of goods and components to third countries and within the EU
- Communication and correspondence with national and international freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Verification of invoices and assumption of general logistical tasks as well as warehouse management
- Procurement of packaging materials, freight rates, quotas, and price negotiations
Our Requirements:
- Completed training as a freight forwarding clerk, international trade clerk, or a comparable qualification
- Technical interest
- Good knowledge of international, European, and national customs law
- Good written and spoken German and English skills, along with proficiency in MS Office
- Ideally, experience in project business
- Independent and structured work style, service-oriented and team-focused, organizational skills, assertiveness, resilience, and strong communication skills complement your profile
