The tasks:

  • You support our ongoing production in the planning, execution and optimization of your daily work in showcase production
  • You are a hands-on person who feels at home in a medium-sized business characterized by craftsmanship
  • You are motivated to continuously develop and optimize our project business in museum display case construction, which is characterized by one-off and custom-made products
  • You motivate and coach your colleagues in production to achieve top performance on a daily basis with a sure instinct, with the help of your technical expertise and through your role model function
  • You see direct cooperation with internal interfaces such as design and sales as an enrichment
  • You are driven by your intrinsic desire to solve problems and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Your quick comprehension and communication skills enable you to familiarize yourself quickly and efficiently with your new area of responsibility
  • You have successfully completed a university degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable relevant vocational qualification in the field of production technology. We are happy to accept graduates into our team
  • International clientele (museums, architects, exhibition designers, conservators) and employees from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds are an enrichment for you and you use your good English language skills to your advantage
