Your tasks:
- You independently handle all ongoing activities in our financial accounting.
- You keep track of payment runs and deadlines.
- Preparing the daily financial status is no problem for you.
- You handle the monthly VAT returns on time.
- You also support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- You prepare travel expense reports for our employees and process credit card statements.
Our requirements:
- A completed apprenticeship as a forwarding merchant, wholesale and foreign trade merchant, or a comparable qualification.
- Technical interest.
- Good knowledge of international, European, and national customs law.
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficient use of MS Office.
- Ideally, experience in project business.
- An independent and structured working style, service- and team-oriented, organizational skills, assertiveness, resilience, and good communication skills complement your profile.
These qualifications you bring with you:
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an office management merchant (m/f/d), financial accountant (m/f/d), or a commercial education with a focus on financial accounting.
- You have professional experience in financial accounting, preferably as a returnee.
- You are characterized by independent, structured, and careful work.
- You are comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ideally, you bring experience with DATEV Kanzlei Accounting and Online Business.
