Your tasks:

• You independently handle all ongoing activities in our financial accounting.
• You keep track of payment runs and deadlines.
• Preparing the daily financial status is no problem for you.
• You handle the monthly VAT returns on time.
• You also support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• You prepare travel expense reports for our employees and process credit card statements.

Our requirements:

• A completed apprenticeship as a forwarding merchant, wholesale and foreign trade merchant, or a comparable qualification.
• Technical interest.
• Good knowledge of international, European, and national customs law.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficient use of MS Office.
• Ideally, experience in project business.
• An independent and structured working style, service- and team-oriented, organizational skills, assertiveness, resilience, and good communication skills complement your profile.

These qualifications you bring with you:

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an office management merchant (m/f/d), financial accountant (m/f/d), or a commercial education with a focus on financial accounting.
• You have professional experience in financial accounting, preferably as a returnee.
• You are characterized by independent, structured, and careful work.
• You are comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel).
• Ideally, you bring experience with DATEV Kanzlei Accounting and Online Business.
