After more than a year of intensive restoration, the valuable Florentine brocade from “La Seu de Manresa” is returning to the Basilica of Santa Maria. It is part of the valuable textile “Peus de la Capella de la Mare de Deu de Lourdes” from the 14th century.
This fabric is considered to be one of the Florentine masterpieces, as it is well preserved and was signed by the artist Geri de Lapo (1357).
At the beginning of October, we installed 1 wall display case with pedestal in the Basilica of Santa Maria, Manresa/Spain. This unique piece is displayed in it.
